Normal size from OD 110 to OD 630mm. Butt fusion fittings connect by butt fusion machine . pipe dia is same with fittings dia, no mater inside or out side. To keep sure the fittings and pipe connect together,pipe and fittings thickness must be same,also the pressure and raw material should be same.

Two HDPE pipe ,one end of each pipe butt fusion connect flanges ,then connect two flanges together use thread, this is more easy to use when on project working. It doesn't need to move the heavy butt fusion machine. Flange connect can be finished in pipe factory. Also can save project time . flange have two sperate parts , stub end and flange pan Use stub ends butt fusion two HDPE pipes, and use the two flange pan to connect by threads. That’s make the fusion more durable.
